(Al-Hajj) 22 : 10
ذَٰلِكَ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ يَدَاكَ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ لَيْسَ بِظَلَّامٍ لِلْعَبِيدِ
“That is for what your hands have put forth; and indeed Lord Allah is not ever unjust upon His servants".
Impartial Lord doesn’t guide anyone to Paradise or Hell. It is the read, heard, and touched verses that witness and argue against the Fujjar and push them into Hell as explained in verses 20: 12-13. These disbelieving liars who don’t consider Lord as the Impartial are earning Hell as fine for their aimless and heedless life in this world as explained in verses 9: 53-55 and 25: 33-34 and 65-66.
